I do not provide crisis intervention. In case of an urgent need or emergency, consider the following services:

  • list icon Contact GP, who can refer to crisis teams if required.
  • list icon NHS Crisis Line for urgent MH helpline in emergency NHS 111.
  • list icon In life threatening situations, or if you cannot keep yourself safe: Go to A&E.
  • list icon If you cannot get there safely, call 999 for an ambulance.
  • list icon The Samaritans: (24 Hour Service) – Freephone: 116 123 or email jo@samaritans.org or https://www.samaritans.org
  • list icon NHS Single Point of Access provides one number & one email address for referrals to Mental Health (MH) service and support in MH crisis.
  • list icon NHS Safe Haven Provides out of hours help & support to people and their carers if experiencing a Mental Health crisis or emotional distress.
