I do not provide crisis intervention. In case of an urgent need or emergency, consider the following services:
Contact GP, who can refer to crisis teams if required.
NHS Crisis Line for urgent MH helpline in emergency NHS 111.
In life threatening situations, or if you cannot keep yourself safe: Go to A&E.
If you cannot get there safely, call 999 for an ambulance.

NHS Single Point of Access provides one number & one email address for referrals to Mental Health (MH) service and support in MH crisis.
NHS Safe Haven Provides out of hours help & support to people and their carers if experiencing a Mental Health crisis or emotional distress.
